Get in touch
JaipurLifes is a small team, and we'd rather route you to the right place the first time than have you wait on a generic inbox. Pick the category below that matches what you need — it'll get you a faster, more useful response than one catch-all contact form ever could. Whether you're a resident who spotted a wrong opening time, a business owner ready to claim your listing, or a visitor with a question the site didn't answer, there's a path below built for exactly that.
Business & listings
Want to claim your listing, correct your business details, or ask about offers and analytics? The fastest path is usually through the dashboard itself, not email.
Claim your business →General feedback
Found something inaccurate, have a feature request, or just want to tell us what's working (or isn't)? We read all of it, even if we can't reply to every message individually.
Email contact@kpthink.com →Report content or misuse
Reviews, community posts, and business claims are moderated, but nothing catches everything before publication. If you see a fake review, a fraudulent business claim, or content that shouldn't be up, tell us and we'll look at it.
Email contact@kpthink.com →Technical issues
Something broken — a page not loading, a login problem, a map that won't render? Include the page URL and what device/browser you're on; it makes tracking down the actual cause much faster.
Email contact@kpthink.com →Most contact pages funnel everyone into a single form regardless of what they actually need, which means a fraud report, a broken-image bug, and a partnership inquiry all land in the same undifferentiated queue and get triaged manually before anyone can act on them. We'd rather skip that step. Splitting contact by category up front means a content report reaches someone who can act on moderation immediately, a technical bug reaches someone who can reproduce and fix it, and a business question reaches someone who actually knows how claim approval works — instead of everything passing through a single generalist inbox first.
Every message that comes through contact@kpthink.com goes to a real, small team — there's no ticketing bureaucracy sitting between you and a person who can actually act on what you're telling us. That's the upside of being a small operation. The downside is honesty about turnaround time: we typically respond within two to three business days, faster for anything flagged as a safety issue, fraudulent listing, or security concern, since those get priority regardless of when they land in the queue.
If you're reporting something that needs to be pulled down quickly — a fake business claim, an abusive review, content that violates someone's privacy — say so directly in the subject line. It genuinely changes how quickly it gets looked at.
A fair amount of what would otherwise be a support email has a faster path built directly into the product. If you're a business owner, most day-to-day changes — hours, photos, amenities, offers — are things you can update yourself from your business dashboard the moment your claim is approved, without waiting on us at all. If you're trying to understand how a specific feature works — how business claims get approved, how reviews are moderated, how the AI concierge decides what to recommend — check the FAQ first; there's a good chance the answer is already there, and you'll get it immediately instead of waiting on a reply.
If you've already created an account and you're having trouble signing in, double-check you're using the same method you originally signed up with — an account created with Google sign-in and an account created with an email and password are treated as separate credentials unless they share the same verified email address.
The single biggest thing that slows a response down is a message that doesn't give us enough to act on. "The map isn't working" takes a lot longer to resolve than "the map on the Hawa Mahal page doesn't load on Chrome for Android, as of today." If you're reporting a business listing issue, include the listing's URL or exact name rather than just a neighborhood — there can be several similarly-named places in the same area, and guessing which one you mean wastes a reply cycle we could otherwise spend fixing it. For account issues, tell us which sign-in method you used (Google or email/password) since the two are handled differently behind the scenes.
We work primarily in English, but if it's easier to write to us in Hindi, that's completely fine — someone on the team will read and respond either way. The platform's interface itself is currently English-only, though broader language support for both the site and the AI concierge is something we're actively considering as the platform grows.
Beyond email, JaipurLifes is also on Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and YouTube (linked in the site footer) — good places for quick questions, spotting what's new on the platform, or just seeing what we're covering that week. For anything that needs an actual resolution rather than a quick reply, though, email remains the more reliable route; social media DMs get checked less consistently than the inbox.
If you're a journalist working on a Jaipur story and want data, quotes, or context from the platform, or you're a business, tourism body, or civic organization interested in a partnership, use the general feedback channel above and mention what you're working on in the subject line. We're generally glad to help — Jaipur coverage getting more accurate is directly aligned with why this platform exists in the first place.
If you use assistive technology and run into something on JaipurLifes that doesn't work the way it should — a screen reader not announcing something correctly, a control that isn't reachable by keyboard, contrast that's hard to read — please tell us specifically what page and what happened. This kind of report is genuinely valuable to us: it's the difference between an accessibility gap we know about and can prioritize fixing, and one that just sits there indefinitely because no one flagged it.
A few things come up often enough that it's worth answering here directly, rather than making you wait for a reply. Is listing my business free? Yes — claiming and maintaining a listing costs nothing; optional paid placement/promotion features may exist alongside the free tier, but a complete, accurate, free listing is the baseline for every business, not a limited trial. How long does a business claim take to review? Most claims are reviewed within a few days; we manually check that the person claiming a listing is actually connected to it, which is what keeps the directory from filling up with fraudulent claims. Can I delete my account? Yes — write to us and we'll process the request in line with what's described in our Privacy Policy.
JaipurLifes is built and operated by KP Think, with a focus specifically on Jaipur rather than a multi-city rollout. That local focus is deliberate — it's a lot easier to keep information accurate when the team building the product actually understands the city it's built for, rather than trying to apply the same generic template to a hundred cities at once.
Most of what we do here starts from someone telling us something was wrong — a closed restaurant still listed as open, an address that pointed to the wrong street, a review that clearly wasn't genuine. That feedback loop is the actual mechanism that keeps a city-scale directory accurate over time; no team, however careful, can independently verify every one of hundreds of listings on a constant basis. If something looks off, saying so is one of the more useful things you can do for the platform, and it's never treated as a bother.
