The Tattoo Cafe & Lounge sits on the third floor directly opposite Hawa Mahal in the old city, and that view is the main draw. Alongside a multi-cuisine menu spanning Chinese, Punjabi, South Indian and North Indian dishes, it runs an in-house tattoo corner, and its Hawa Mahal-facing terrace has been used as a filming location for several Bollywood productions.
