Half Light Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster in C-Scheme, founded in 2018, focused on single-origin Indian Arabica from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Meghalaya, roasted in small batches. Beyond espresso drinks, the menu runs to shakshuka, sandwiches and salads, served in an industrial-chic space with indoor and outdoor seating.
