A working heritage-hotel restaurant inside a 225-year-old haveli in old Jaipur, built in 1799 for the Jaipur court's prime minister and opened as a hotel in 1988. Dine under hand-painted murals in the haveli's former royal dining hall, in the bougainvillea-lined fountain courtyard, or on a terrace overlooking the old city's rooftops. The hotel also runs complimentary guided walks through the surrounding old city.
