Primitive is a modern Indian restaurant inside Hotel Pearl Palace, built around open-flame cooking done with wood and coal instead of gas. The menu runs small and large plates, soups, salads and breads alongside an 11-course tasting menu, plus a dedicated cocktail list. Several themed private dining rooms are available, including a mirror-work Sheesh Mahal room and a hand-painted-mural lounge.
